Stephen Berry

Stephen began his working life as a school teacher and then joined Microsoft Australia just after it's launch in that country. For six years, Stephen held a range of positions in Microsoft both in Australia and the UK spanning sales, managing dealer channels through to Director of Training.

Stephen's strong educational background and product knowledge led him to establish and run two computer training companies in the UK . During this time, Stephen developed a number of self-paced software learning systems for Microsoft and Lotus products that became the standard in many European organisations. Stephen also was a co-founder and Executive Director of Softvision, a company that became Europe 's largest and most successful producer of software learning video programs with upwards of 10 million viewers. Stephen wrote and presented all English language product films as well as developing the business into other European markets. Softvision products attracted the interest of industry CEOs who volunteered to participate as featured guests. These included Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer, Jim Manzi, Phillipe Khan, Dr. Michael Cowpland and others.

Stephen has lived and worked in many countries but currently calls Australia ( Melbourne to be precise) home. In addition to WomenCorp, Stephen runs a management consulting company (Performance Management International) which delivers a range of professional IT and business enhancement services to leading organisations. The business has a number of streams including:
